Dyngus Day at Murphy's

Dyngus Day is a Polish Holiday
Commemorating the conversion of the country to Catholicism in 1000 AD on Easter
Monday. In South Bend we celebrate the event by eating Sausage, Hard Boiled Eggs
and Drinking Beer (the key element) - then there is the political side to the
event too...
